Scope of work
Every engagement is governed by a written statement of work covering scope, timeline, deliverables and payment terms. This page describes the general terms; the statement of work prevails where they differ.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the deliverables created for your project belong to you — source code, documentation and designs. We retain ownership of pre-existing internal tools and libraries we use to build your product, which are licensed to you as part of the deliverable.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with us in discovery and delivery is confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA before the first call.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
